You can arrive at the apartment from 5pm. If you expect to arrive later, please let us know by message.

Standard check-out is at 10am. A late check-out option is available at the same price: until 2pm if no other guests are arriving right after your stay, otherwise until noon (pool access until 2pm either way).

Yes — this requires a private hire of the estate. Get in touch so we can discuss your event together.

Much as we love animals, we're unable to allow pets on the estate.

The minimum stay is 2 nights, all year round.

In Ormoy-la-Rivière, South Essonne, about 1 hour's drive from Paris.

Flexible cancellation: 100% refund up to 14 days before arrival, 50% between 14 and 7 days before. Within 7 days of arrival, the stay is non-refundable.

The heated pool is open from mid-May to September, 9am to 10pm.
