A carefully restored period residence in the south of the Essonne département: charm, relaxation, quiet. An 18-month renovation, completed in June 2023, brought this characterful building back to life, set within 4 hectares of parkland along the river Juine.

Heated pool, 13 m × 4.5 m, turquoise water, open 9am–10pm from 15 May to September.

4 hectares of wooded parkland along the river Juine — perfect for a walk, a picnic, or a quiet barbecue.
